Will You Resize Rings for Me?
Yes, I will resize rings, as well as upgrading stones to diamonds, finding and setting requested stones, and customizing designs. Some of my designs use more unusual fabrication techniques or techniques I've developed myself over the years. I also understand that you are busy , so I provide this service as a convenience.
Do I Retail My Work?
Yes, I do retail my limited edition pieces. Limited edition pieces are limited to 3 per design. I also retail my OOAK pieces. Naturally, I can't retail and wholesale the same OOAK piece at the same time.
Minimum First Order
$2,000 minimum first order or 4 pieces, whichever is greater.
$1,000 minimum re-order.
Limited Editions: I need 3-10 weeks of lead time to make your jewelry, depending on how many pieces you order.
OOAKS: One-of-a-kinds cannot be ordered in advance. I bring them to the show, where you may inspect and purchase. I also place them on my website for you to view. You may purchase OOAKs for inspection, and return within 1 month. Established accounts may have a longer return-window.
I'll need a copy of your state's sales tax / seller's certificate. I'll also review your gallery's collections to see if we're a good fit.
Consignment is available to selected stores with a personal reference.
100% at time of shipping unless order is very large or customized. Credit cards are accepted.
Net 30 available to established accounts in good standing.
Consignment commission is the standard commission -- paid monthly. You may email me with a pdf of your sales tax certificate to discuss commission rates.
Payment is by check.
You may contact me for a line sheet and price list. You'll need to provide a pdf image or a photo of your sales tax certificate in your email.
Orders are shipped Fed Ex 2 Day, for $38 for up to a 1 pound package valued at $1,000. Heavier packages and/or higher values may cost more. For insurance reasons, I only ship to the US & Canada. Both consignment and wholesale accounts pay shipping there and back. Canadian buyers are responsible for taxes and tariff.
Customer must notify seller any claimed shipping error or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods otherwise be waived of customer's claim.
I would be happy to meet with you in person if you're located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
If you're long distance, I would be happy to send you a minimum order for full payment through paypal. These samples are returnable for a full refund less shipping within 15 days.
I charge a 20% cancellation fee if a contract/purchase order has been signed and Buyer wishes to cancel.
Exchanges & Returns
I accept exchanges and returns of one-of-a-kind pieces within 1 month, and in unaltered, resaleable condition. Established accounts may have a longer return-window.
