How to Purchase

Qualified retailers should have a bricks-and-mortar store, and may need to provide a business card and/or sales tax certificate.
Will You Resize Rings for Me?
Yes, I will resize rings, as well as upgrading stones to diamonds, finding and setting requested stones, and customizing designs. Some of my designs use more unusual fabrication techniques or techniques I've developed myself over the years. I also understand that you are busy , so I provide this service as a convenience.
Do I Retail My Work?
I have collections that are exclusive for wholesale. Those collections are marked "Exclusively for Wholesale" in my wholesale lookbook.
Collections that I sell retail are marked "Wholesale & Retail" in my wholesale lookbook.
Minimum First Order
$1,000 minimum first order or 4 pieces, whichever is greater.
$200 minimum re-order.
I need 3-10 weeks of lead time to make your jewelry, depending on how many pieces you order.
One-of-a-kinds cannot be ordered in advance. I bring them to the show, where you may inspect and purchase.
I'll need a copy of your state's sales tax / seller's certificate.
In addition to your state's sales tax certificate, I will need you to complete a credit application with two trade references. Your store needs to be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and there are a limited number of consignment slots available. I ask consignment accounts to provide credit card information and authorize a potential charge as a financial guarantee.
100% at time of shipping unless order is very large or customized. Credit cards are accepted.
Net 30 available to established accounts in good standing.
Consignment commission is the standard commission -- paid monthly. You may email me with a pdf of your sales tax certificate to discuss commission rates.
Payment is by check.
You may contact me for a line sheet and price list. You'll need to provide a pdf image or a photo of your sales tax certificate in your email.
Orders are shipped Fed Ex 2 Day, for $38 for up to a 1 pound package valued at $1,000. Heavier packages and/or higher values may cost more. For insurance reasons, I only ship to the US & Canada. Both consignment and wholesale accounts pay shipping there and back.
Customer must notify seller any claimed shipping error or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods otherwise be waived of customers claim.
I would be happy to meet with you in person if you're located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
If you're long distance, I would be happy to send you a minimum order for full payment through paypal. These samples are returnable for a full refund less shipping within 15 days.
I charge a 20% cancellation fee if a contract/purchase order has been signed and Buyer wishes to cancel.
